It’s pretty darn paranormal that in India you
can experience initiation in one country and within just a few hours end up in
another with an entire diverse culture and communication. As an Indian, this
still blows my mind and makes me want to explore more of the continent.
Most travelers who visit National Parks tend to
visit those incredible places of forest along with the vivid show. The stunning
gardens and tons of history to uncover when you are in your favorite National
Park.
This
is a list of some of the absolute best National Parks to visit in India. I hope
it helps you spice up your own pre-designed list:
Kaziranga National Park, Assam
Kaziranga National Park
located in Assam is perfect habitat for One-horned Rhino. The largest
population in the world of these primitive looking creatures exists there,
along with almost 40 major mammals. This charming park can be sighted via
elephant safari. This park lies on the banks of the Brahmaputra River only six
hours drive from Guwahati.
Corbett National Park, Uttrakhand
India's oldest national park, Corbett leaves no
opportunity to mesmerize you with its ultimate appearance of forest and
wildlife. Just seven hours drive away from Delhi. The park has an abundance of
wildlife substances to offer and has 5 zones. The Corbett National Park remains
closed during monsoon but one zone i.e, jhirna which remains open throughout
the year. The park is quite big enough and sightings of the tiger are rare here
in Corbett but the other wild animals will treat your eyes with their sudden
gesture. For the most wildlife you can stay in Dhikala Zone.
Ranthambore National Park, Rajasthan
The ancient history and picturesque nature
complement each other in Ranthambore
National Park. The strategic position of the park between North and Central
India with the diverse flora and fauna is incredible. The park is amazingly
structured and the first choice of tourists. Tigers are easy to spot here and
Tiger safari will be worth a book.
